The Greenman Inn was the original Post Office and general Store for the Ashbourne area. It has been through two major renovations with the last one being the completion of the function room to cater for that special occasion such as weddings, engagements, large gatherings as well as live music. This area can hold 100 people. The Inn has a fantastic country atmosphere with great views. It is on one of the major roads to the South Coast with a lot of passing traffic and close to the township of Strathalbyn.

It is now ready for the next operator to take advantage of the hard work that has been done. It would also be an excellent cellar door operation. It operates only five days per week so there is an opportunity to increase turnover by opening the extra days. This has been the owner’s lifestyle choice
